Executive Director

Joe is an attorney who has specialized in energy and environmental policy in California for over three decades. He was a consultant to the State Legislature before founding Conservation Strategy Group, an environmental consulting firm focused on land, water and biodiversity protection. He is a graduate of UC Santa Barbara and UC Law San Francisco. When not working you can find Joe cooking with his wife or walking their long-haired dachshund, Daphne.
