Policy Advisor

April is a Policy Advisor to Net-Zero California, with 12 years experience working in and around the California State Legislature. She has worked on a wide range of policy issue areas, including climate resilience, energy, recycling and product stewardship, local government and biodiversity. She is a graduate of the University of California, Sacramento with a Bachelor of Arts in Government and a Minor in Peace and Conflict Resolution. When not at work you can find April curling up with a good book or planning her next trip.
