Alternative Financing & Development of Transmission in California

Net-Zero California, in partnership with Clean Air Task Force, recently commissioned a financial analysis from DHInfrastructure and a legal and policy analysis from UC Berkeley’s Center for Law, Energy & the Environment to evaluate the ratepayer benefits of alternative approaches to financing and developing transmission infrastructure in California.
